Eligibility criteria

The 7-day period starts when the customer receives the product.
Products must remain in original condition, free of external damage.
All accessories and gifts (if any) must be returned together with the product.
Not applicable to products with water damage, breakage, or unauthorized repair.
Each order is eligible for one exchange or return.
Contact KINGTECH within 7 days for a quick exchange/return process.

1. Shipping & return fees

This is usually the only fee you need to pay. But don't worry — it ranges only a few tens of thousands of VND. For larger items, the fee may be a bit higher, but KINGTECH can support part of it for the customer.

2. When the product is no longer intact

If the product is damaged, heavily scratched, missing accessories, etc., KINGTECH may unfortunately deduct a small fee. We will notify the customer of the exact amount before processing the return, and your consent is required.
For minor scratches or slightly dented packaging, KINGTECH may waive the fee as a courtesy.
